Rubia Mancia has two passions in life: spending time with her children and helping others. Thanks to Kynect and her entrepreneurial spirit, Rubia has been able to devote her time to doing what brings her joy.
In October 2017, Rubia received a phone call that changed her life. Her friend wanted to present the Kynect opportunity to her. Rubia invited her friend over to her house to show in person what Kynect was all about…and that’s when everything changed!
A New Beginning
Before that phone call, Rubia hadn’t even heard of network marketing. She didn’t have a job and would sell perfumes and food she prepared at home to try and provide for her three children, Hugo, Bonnar and Aisha. Rubia was also dealing with a difficult time with the end of her marriage and feeling like she had to start over with her life.
“After 14 years of being in the United States, I had to go back and begin from zero,” says Rubia. “I’ll admit that I was afraid, but I believed Kynect was the solution for my life.”
Rubia joined Kynect the same day her friend presented the opportunity. She wasted no time growing her business and creating a supportive team that’s been key to her success.
Rubia wanted to show her children that their mom was a warrior. That, despite the difficult times, it was possible to make your dreams come true. This incredible spirit of perseverance is exactly why Rubia has achieved so much with Kynect.
Since joining the company, Rubia has qualified for the Lifestyle Achievement Bonus in 2019 and 2020. She’s also been recognized with prestigious awards – the Rising Star Award in 2019 and the Power of Leadership Award in 2020. And now she’s promoted to Executive Director!
Rubia is ready to continue her story of success as an IBO with ACN + Kynect. She is ready to continue sharing the opportunity with others so that they too achieve their goals.
“There is still a long road for us to explore,” says Rubia. “We have to keep going to see what else we can discover and achieve on this journey.”
