Quick update on Associate Support: Lines are closing early today at 5 p.m. CT. Next week, the team will be available as normal until after August 31.
As a reminder, the 31st is the last day you can contact Associate Support for help with your business. There is one exception: email@example.com will stay active until December 31, 2021, for Kynect compensation-related issues only. For all other issues, IBOs should go through their ACN back office to contact support.
When you log in, look for the Support tab in the top menu. Then, click Contact Support and choose your contact method. You can submit a question via the ticketing system, or choose the Chat with IBO Services box at the bottom right of the page. Easy as that!
