Time to Transition to ACN!

Today’s the day! It’s time to transition your business to ACN and become an Independent Business Owner (IBO). We encourage you to complete this process as soon as possible so you can start running with the new opportunities waiting for you! The deadline to transition is July 31, 2021. The deadline to transition has been extended to August 16, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

As a reminder, ACN is waiving your enrollment fee. You’ll be asked to enter your payment information—just know that’s for your $25 monthly support fee.


How to Get Started


After you click the link above, follow these instructions. You can also download the presentation below for a visual step-by-step.

1. From, click “Login” in the upper righthand corner. Choose “IBO Login” to begin.


2. On the “Welcome IBO” page, follow the link under “First Time Logging In?” This is how you’ll begin setting up your account.


3. Enter your IBO Number. You’ll use your existing A#, except you’ll replace the A with 01. For example, if your A# is A1234567, you’ll enter 011234567.


Note: If you joined Kynect with a Fundraising position, replace the F in your ID with 02. For example, F1234567 becomes 021234567.


4. Enter the email address associated with your Kynect business.


5. Enter your IBO Number and email address again, then click “Submit.” You’ll receive an email with a link to create your new password.


Note: If you receive an error message that your email address can’t be found, you’ll need to click on “Return to Back Office Login” and the click “Need Help?.” The agent will ask you some questions to verify your identity, then help you get started.


6. Click the link in your email, then follow the prompts to create your password.


Once your password is created, use it to log in to your new account. Keep your IBO Number and password handy at all times. This is how you’ll access your back office.


When you’re logged in, you’ll be prompted to agree to ACN’s terms and conditions, provide your digital signature (the last 4 digits of your social security number or Tax ID), and set up your payment method.


A note about your payment: Unlike with Kynect Pro, this monthly fee isn’t optional. Please make sure you use a credit/debit card, not a pre-paid card. This same card will be used 1 year from your start date to cover your $49 annual renewal fee.  


And that’s it! Welcome to ACN!
