Heads up, Kynect! Later this month, Protective Services will be removed from our service lineup. Although we’re sad to see it go, this gives us the chance to focus more resources on the products and services that really excite you and add the most value to your business and your customers!
Here’s what you need to know:
- Protective Service customer enrollments will no longer be available as of June 22, 2021.
- Current customer accounts will stay active and retain their point value until December 31, 2021. After that, all accounts will officially close.
- A final Protective Services MEI payment will be paid on July 15, 2021, covering MEI periods of June through December.
- All points associated with Protective Services customers will not count toward qualifications of any kind in 2022.
That last point is extra important! You’ll have from July 1 – December 31, 2021 to replace any points lost from this change.
