A New Way to Check on Customer Claims

Cool news today! If you’ve ever gone through the customer claim process, you know the drill: Submit your request through Kynect Central, then check for an email or call from Associate Support for an update or the final verdict.

 

Well, that process just got much, much easier. You can now track the status of all your requests with the new My Customer Claims Report in Kynect Central. Each request will display as Approved, Denied or Pending. If your request is denied, you’ll also be able to see why.

 

 

After hours, on the weekends, at lunch—you have access to your requests at all times, even if our office isn’t open. Keep in mind we still need 3-5 business days (not including holidays) to issue a final decision.
