Effective November 5, we’re making some updates to the Policies & Procedures and Compensation Plan. Of all the changes, the one most likely to affect you is the new timing of MEI payouts.
One of the most important internal processes we have here at the corporate office is ensuring all Associates get paid correctly and on time. As you can imagine, there are many moving parts and resource requirements to get your check to you each and every month.
To smooth out this process, we’re updating the Policies & Procedures and the Compensation Plan as they relate to the MEI payout cycle. Currently, the policy is to issue payments on or before the 15th day of the month following the full payment of the applicable service. Here’s what the new policy says:
After Kynect receives full payment for the applicable Service, MEI payments will be issued on the first Thursday between the 13th and 20th day of the following month.
