Your 2020 Incentive Guide

May 07, 2020

Over the past few months, we’ve shared updates on new ways to qualify for and earn incentives at Kynect. Lately, we’ve been thinking it’d be nice to have one central place where you can find all the information. So we put together a guide for all things incentive-related so you know how to qualify for rewards in 2021! Download your copy below and keep reading for an overview of some of the bigger changes we’ve made since last year.

Download 2020 Incentive Guide

Rank Eligibility Requirements

You can start earning incentives (including a spot on the Top Performers Trip!) at the Senior Director level.

Qualification Earning Requirements

As a reminder, earning requirements are now based on MEI and weekly bonus amounts. MEI is the surest indicator that someone is active and engaged with their business, making it a perfect benchmark for our highest rewards. For exact earning requirement amounts for each rank and incentive, check out the guide.

300 Club Requirements + Program Changes

These are separate from other incentives and, importantly, this incentive is getting a sizeable overhaul. In 2021, new 300 Club qualifiers will receive a stipend rather than a car (check the guide for specifics). If you’ve already earned and are driving a vehicle through Kynect, you’ll stay in it until at least the end of 2021 if eligible. If you qualify for an upgraded vehicle by promoting to Executive Director or joining the President’s Club, you’ll keep your current car and receive a one-time $2,500 bonus.

Make sure to read through the guide carefully and keep these new updates in mind as you’re building your business this year!
