Use These 3 Tips to Protect Your Success

February 18, 2020

When it comes to your Kynect business, we know you depend on us to stay on top of developing legal trends and regulatory requirements—and we’re happy to do it! We take that responsibility very seriously and are constantly checking (and doublechecking) our business practices to make sure we’re all operating in line with industry and legal standards.

So, that’s our end of the deal. It’s the foundation. But your efforts are just as important! Today, let’s look at how we can protect this amazing business opportunity together.

How Come?

Glad you asked! To be frank, other network marketing companies have found themselves in hot water recently. In some cases, they’ve been forced to get rid of their network marketing operations and pay hefty fines between $150 million and $250 million.

These consequences can have a catastrophic effect on everyone involved with the company—but they’re also avoidable. Here’s how.

3 Ways to Stay Safe

1. Avoid earnings claims.

We work hard to avoid using improper earnings and lifestyle claims in our marketing materials. As an Associate, you need to do the same. Folks in other companies who’ve made those claims have ended up in messy lawsuits—the very last thing we want for you!

Carve out some time to read this recent BIG Tip Tuesday article as a reminder of what constitutes an improper earnings claim. If BIG contacts you to correct a claim, please be cooperative to help us help you.

2. Be honest and transparent about what Associates earn.

The Income Disclosure Statement (IDS) is your friend. It’s your responsibility to share our IDS with prospective team members. Having a transparent IDS and using that document to provide full disclosure significantly contributes to building our business safely.

3. Focus on sales to customers.

At the end of the day, the only way you’re going to get paid is by bringing in customers and teaching others to do the same. At Kynect, no one makes a penny for bringing in an Associate who doesn’t also bring in customers. For your part, lead with the amazing services Kynect has to offer.

Through our combined efforts we can help ensure that Kynect is successful for years to come!
