Associate Support Policy Update

Need help activating or modifying your Kynect Pro subscription? As always, Associate Support is happy to help you out. But how they help will differ just a bit.

For now, subscription cancellations can only be done with an Associate Support rep. But if you call in to ask Associate Support to activate or modify your Kynect Pro account, they can only give you verbal assistance. They’ll walk you through your action step-by-step, and you’ll be doing the clicking.

Don’t sweat—it’s super easy!

Activating a Kynect Pro Subscription

  • Log in to Kynect Central
  • Go to Settings > Billing

From the Kynect Pro widget, choose “Subscribe” and follow the prompts.

 

 

Modifying a Kynect Pro Subscription

  • Log in to Kynect Central
  • Go to Settings > Billing

 

From the Kynect Pro widget, choose “Replace Card” and follow the prompts.
