All-City Speaker Spotlight: PD Bob Ledbetter

August 29, 2019

Leading up to each new round of All-City Events, we’ll feature a few Top Leaders who are set to appear in a city near you. Each post will highlight one speaker, their story, training style and, most importantly, their take on the importance of All-City Events to your business!

What happens when a former football coach builds a Kynect business by harnessing his knack for helping others realize their greatness? Meet PD Bob Ledbetter!

Presidential Director Bob Ledbetter

All-City Appearance: Austin, TX on September 10

See the Full Lineup

His Why: To teach other people to believe in themselves and realize they can be anything they want to be.

“I joined Kynect to help people. If you’re in it for yourself, you should find something else.”

His Training Style: Positive, belief-building, emphasis on accountability

“I want to help people realize they don’t have to be ordinary. You can be more. It’s up to you. Don’t listen to people who say you can’t do it.”

More About Bob

Hailing from Oklahoma, Bob and Sue are lifetime educators. After moving to Texas to start their careers, Bob eventually became head football coach, and later athletic director, at Southlake Carroll High School. His talent for putting champions on the field translated perfectly to Kynect. Their teachers’ retirement has been outpaced by their Kynect earnings, which have helped put all their grandkids through college. Bob says that’s been a huge blessing, but here’s what he’s most excited about:

“The future of this company hasn’t even happened yet. People who are new to this business need to realize the potential in that. The future is still ahead of us.”

Why Is All-City Important?

You’ll meet the people who walked in your shoes and came out on top. Bob believes the #1 reason to come to All-City is to make connections with those people, understand your mutual challenges, then see how they can be overcome.

“Everyone faces the same adversities in this business. Once you realize everyone has the same problems, and you get up and go for your dream, you will be successful.”
