Leadership Pool Basics
What It Is
A shared portion of Kynect’s revenue for all Executive Directors and above
Executive Directors & National Directors, divided into 4 groups
- Group 1: EDs outside the Top 50
- Group 2: President’s Club EDs (#26-50)
- Group 3: Presidents Club EDs (#1-25)
- Group 4: National Directors
NDs, regardless of Top 50 position, are automatically moved into Group 4.
What You Earn
Executive Directors outside the Top 50: 1 possible earned share
President’s Club Members & National Directors: 1 locked* share + 1 possible earned share
How You Earn It
- Qualify on a quarterly basis (more on that below)
- Travel outside your home market twice per quarter to support Kynect BPs/training events
- Meet normal end of month qualifications
How Often You Get Paid
Leadership Pool pays on a monthly basis for 3 consecutive months, following the qualifying quarter.
To get an earned share of the Leadership Pool, you must earn and be paid $3,000 in weekly bonuses per qualification period. That total can consist of:
- TCB 4 (sponsor bonus)
- Leadership Bonuses
- Growth Incentive Bonuses
- RD & MD Fast Start Bonuses
