Wireless Services account actions (enrollments, cancellations, etc.) won’t be reflected in Kynect Central until approximately 7 p.m. CT tomorrow. However, customers can still enroll and make changes to their accounts.
If something’s missing from your reports, don’t panic. Everything should be accounted for when maintenance ends. Thanks for your patience!
