Our biggest event of the year returns, and this time we’re throwing it back to where it all began: the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX! This time around, we’re bringing you our first ever hybrid event. Join us in Dallas to experience our electric event culture in person, or opt for an interactive virtual experience that puts you in the middle of the action no matter where you are.




Both options feature all the best of Kynection 2021: Amazing guest speakers; pivotal business training; major company announcements for the year ahead; promotions; awards and recognition and—of course!—a chance to catch up with your Kynect Family.


Onsite Attendance

Our first priority for the in-person event is to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Attendance is capped at 1,000 so we can stay socially distanced and still have a great time. We fully expect these seats to go fast, so get yours ASAP!

Kynection 2021 FAQs


Q: What safety precautions are you taking for in-person attendees?

A: Our venue has multiple precautions in place to keep you safe. In addition, we’ll follow strict social distancing guidelines, require masks while indoors, set up hand sanitizing stations throughout the space and do temperature checks upon entry.


Q: Will I get a welcome bag if I choose the virtual option?
A: The first 1,300 virtual attendees who register by January 25 will have a welcome bag mailed to the address provided during registration.


Q: Why isn’t there a party this year?
A: We decided to forego the party to help ensure everyone stays safely distanced. Feel free to gather in smaller groups with your team!


Q: Who can attend Awards Night?
A: All are welcome to attend Awards Night in-person or virtually, at no additional cost.


Q: What’s the dress code for Awards Night?

A: Cocktail attire isn’t necessary, but do dress to impress.


Q: Will there be food at Awards Night?

A: For the safety of all Associates and staff, we won’t be serving dinner so everyone can keep their masks on.


Q: What if I register and in-person Kynection gets canceled?

A: If restrictions pop up that prevent you from traveling or cause us to cancel the in-person experience, we’ll still hold the virtual event. If you registered for in-person option, you’ll be refunded the difference for attending virtually.


Q: Can I purchase additional in-person registrations for my team?

A: Because we have such a limited number of in-person registrations available, you can only register for yourself and a spouse/significant other to attend onsite. However, you’re free to purchase multiple registrations for your team and guests to attend virtually. Keep in mind only the first 1,300 virtual registrants will receive a welcome bag.


Q: I received an MD discount code for Kynection last year before it was canceled. Will I get that again?

A: Because space is so limited for the in-person event, we’ve made this code valid for virtual registration only. If you are a newly promoted MD in active and qualified status, you’ll get a new code for 1 free virtual registration. If you’d prefer to attend in person, you’ll need to register for the full amount of $129. If you cannot attend this year’s in-person or virtual event, you may redeem your code at Kynection 2022. The code is not redeemable for cash.


Q: I registered for Kynection but can’t attend. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

A: Yes. Get in touch with Associate Support to transfer your ticket. You can email them at as@wekynect.com or give them a call at 833-859-6328.


Q: If I cancel my in-person or virtual registration, will I still get a welcome bag?

A: Welcome bags are for paid, registered attendees only. If you cancel your registration, the welcome bag goes to the next person on the virtual registration list. Each virtual registration is timestamped with the original registration date and time so we can easily track everyone’s place in line.
