Few things cause more grief than a misplaced enrollment, so let’s make sure you’re set up to avoid that! Moving forward, only 1 A# can be linked to the My Stream Connect App at a time. If you have multiple A#s listed in the app, go in and remove the extras as soon as possible.
Only link your primary account to the app so all Easy Enrollments are automatically tied to your business. It’s a super simple process:
From the App:
1. Log in to your My Stream Account in the My Stream Connect App
2. Click Settings > Linked Services
3. Remove the additional A#s that aren’t yours
4. Select Add Linked Service
5. Enter your A# and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
6. Click Save
1. Log in to your My Stream Account
2. Click My Profile > Add Account
3. Remove the additional A#s that aren’t yours under Enrolled Accounts
4. Enter your A# and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number in the Add New Account section
5. Click Save
