That’s why your Wireless Services customers won’t need to worry about late fees or losing service while we ride this thing out. If they can’t pay on time, there’s no penalty.
This grace period will last through April 6.
We know your customers are people you care about—and we care about them, too. This is our way of making sure it’s easier for them to stay connected so they can check up on loved ones, or maybe do their job remotely if they’re working from home.
