If you plan on enrolling new customers with multiple service locations or businesses with a residential service location in the Northeast, Midwest or Georgia, then you want to listen up.
There is a new process to enroll customers that have more than 10 service locations, as well as for businesses with a residential service location in the Northeast, Midwest or Georgia markets only.
Here’s the process to follow in this case:
Step 1: Send a request to Stream for Business via email at email@example.com. Be sure to include the following information:
- Business name and/or contact name
- Primary phone number
- Email address
- Service address(es)
- A good time to call
- Associate name
- Associate number (A#)
- Associate phone number
- Associate email address
Step 2: Your request will be assigned to a Business Account Executive and you will be contacted within 1-2 business days.
Step 3: The customer will then be contacted to enroll with Stream.
