As Stream continues to update its systems this week, we wanted to let you know of an important rule Texas customers should follow if they need to call in for help with enrollment or their account.
- Customers with an enrollment date before February 2 at 5 p.m. CT should select “existing Stream service” on the phone menu by pressing 1.
- Customers with an enrollment date after February 2 at 5 p.m. CT should select “sign up for Stream service or complete your enrollment” on the phone menu by pressing 2.
Note: This will only apply until Stream finishes rolling out their updates on February 10 and will help prevent long wait times. On the 10th, Texas customers can begin using the new Texas-only support number and choose the phone menu option that fits their needs.
