What’s the Deal?
We’re dropping a $300 hotel discount card in select customers’ mailboxes on your behalf as a way of saying thanks for their business. We’ll be sending it to a select group of fixed-rate customers to test the waters for a new loyalty program. Here's a peek:
No Strings, Just Savings
Customers don’t need to meet any requirements to use their rewards. After activating the card, they can search a database of 1.2 million discounted hotels and resorts and save on the spot. Suite Rewards cover an amount equal to their total savings, up to their maximum reward amount.
How It Works
To be clear, this isn’t a flat $300 discount on a hotel stay. When customers book, their reward represents an amount equal to the nightly savings they get through the program, up to $300. Here’s how we’re explaining it to recipients and how it affects their Suite Rewards card balance:

Anytime we can help you add value for your customers to show them how much you appreciate their business, we’re happy to oblige. Your task: Sit back and relax! Don’t reach out to your customers just yet. Our test group is small; not all customers will get the offer.
