Have you missed us as much as we’ve missed you? Maybe you heard the good news on Wednesday Night Live: The corporate office reopened on May 18! Well, sort of. You can pay a visit by appointment only and will need to follow some new house rules:
- Wear a face mask at all times.
- Respect social distancing guidelines by staying 6 feet from others (no hugging for now, sorry).
- Stay in the lobby at all times. Visitors won’t be allowed into restricted areas.
- If you’re experiencing any signs of illness, please reschedule your visit.
How to Make an Appointment
Wireless Services Support: Email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your visit. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Appointments are available Monday – Friday between 1 – 5 p.m. CT.
Associate Support: No in-person support available at this time.
To help keep yourself and the corporate staff safe, please remember that absolutely no walk-in visits are allowed. We’ll keep you updated if and when this process changes!
