Stream Deposit Waiver Reference Guides

May 19, 2020

When sharing Stream with a new customer, it’s possible you’ve heard a response similar to this: “I’d like to give you my business, but I don’t want to pay a deposit to start my service.” Understandable—the extra cost of a deposit isn’t built into everyone’s budget.

Did you know those same customers could qualify for a deposit waiver to get started at no additional cost? Yep! Stream makes it easier to build your business by offering waiver options to residential customers in Texas and Georgia who meet certain requirements. This includes new Associates who want to get Stream energy service at their own home.

Download these reference guides to better understand who’s eligible and what documentation they’ll need to provide to claim a waiver. You can also find them in Kynect Central.

Something important to note: When a customer is ready to submit their waiver request, make sure they know which email address to send it to:

Texas: depositoptions@mystreamtx.com

Georgia: depositwaivers@mystream.com
